It has come to the attention of the Rotary Music Festival organizing committee that several forms sent by directors via the www.rotarymusicfestival.org website were not received by the festival coordinator.

If you have filled out a Jazz Band Solo Chart, Group Bio, or any other forms and have not received notification of receipt, please re-send these forms.

You may fill out these forms online once again by clicking the following link: REQUIRED FORMS.

If you would not like to fill out the forms online you may download the corresponding Microsoft Word documents (found by clicking here), fill in the required data, and send them to our festival coordinator via e-mail (rotarymusicfestival@gmail.com), or print them off and fax them (709-576-6966).

Please note that any bios not received before the group's concert date will require that an extra copy be brought to the concert, as the Festival office will be moved to Memorial University during the Festival and faxes and e-mails may not be received in time.
