Festival Venues
There are two main venues at Rotary Music Festival - Memorial University School of Music, where the clinics will be held during the day, and Holy Heart High School, where the evening concerts will take place.
Seating approximately 300 people, Memorial's D.F. Cook Recital Hall accommodates large audiences while
remaining a comfortable environment for interaction between clinician and group. Participants are asked to
arrive 45 minutes prior to their clinic time. Our friendly staff will guide your group to either the band
room or choral room to warm up. Both rooms are large enough to facilitate ensembles of all types. Clinics
are open to the public, however access is restricted during a group's performance.
As one of the most musically active schools in the city, Holy Heart High School is the perfect
location for the evening concerts. With a seating capacity of nearly 1200, anybody who wishes to attend
can be virtually guaranteed a seat! The Holy Heart auditorium has recently been extensively upgraded with
new sound lighting systems and comfortable seats.
Concerts begin at 7:00 every evening during the festival, and tickets are $7 and $3 for students and seniors.
